How to become fearless
Introduction

thing that you scared from that thing. So if you afraid from that thing so you
have two option first give up and second don't give.
So choice is in your hand what do you choose if you choose
the first option you will never get s succeed in your life.
But in some situation fear is good. For example: If you want
to jump from a river and say I'm fearless you going to die.
Or if you choose second option in some situation like
investment, studying, self-defense and etc. You have a better life and succeed
in your life.So there is some step to follow and become a fearless person. So

1. Kill your fear
So fear is a thing that you are afraid hem are them just we
talk in the earlier of this article. So if you want to kill your fear then must
you put you in the situation that you scared from that thing. Like being alone
in room are fighting in street and etc.
2. Focus on your efforts
So first step is focus on your efforts and don't think about
other things. No matters how fear you have. Don't go away from your fear,

If you don't have any control in your fear so do that thing
that you have the control for example : If you're scared you from failing in

and become a topper.
3. Avoid negative thinking

brain. So get rid from negative thinking and overthinking. So what's the
solution:
- Don't hear negative people words
- Don't have a connection with negative peoples or friends
- Don't see negative news or videos
- Start your day by doing exercise, yoga or meditation
- Have a controlled in your time and energy
I give you an example from having negative thinking: If
someone says you can't do anything your mind got a bunch of negativity and
destroy your day so go away from this people.
Also remember in your life patient is very important if you have a patient and then achieve something people that talking about you have been immediately stop talking about you. When success talk other people mouth that talking about you will shut down.
4. Ready your mind
Making self-confidence are important for the fear mind. If
you want to make self-confidence think about you goal and achieve them. There
are some steps help you increase yourself confidence:
- Do exercise
- Believing in yourself
- Sleep earlier in the night
- Waking up earlier in morning
- Have a goal and don't have a plan b because the plan B distract you from your goal.
5. Help people around you
If you want to achieve your goal and achieve it so help
people to achieve their goal be humble. Because it's help to build your
confidence and becomes fearless. If you help someone you were body increase
it's hormon oxytocin in your brain that will make you a happy person.
6. Do what makes you happy
Do that thing that make you happy like spending some time
with your family, do exercise, soccer or cricket, go outside with your friends
and etc. Because life is short so enjoy your life. Be a happy person increase
your confidence level.
